 ensive training is designed for anyone involved or starting to work in the
  fields of personal development\, female sexuality and women awakening.\n\
 n\nThroughout the training\, participants will learn how to hold and guide
  women groups\; and create a supportive and resourceful environment that n
 urtures vulnerability and connection and enhances the gifts and developmen
 t of each woman in the group. You will gain the tools to effectively guide
  open sharing sessions\, allowing participants to connect with their true 
 selves while receiving tailored support based on individual needs.\n\n\nWh
 at You Will Learn:\n• Understanding Group Dynamics: Learn the inner work
 ings of group relationships and how to navigate them effectively.\n• Fem
 ale leadership Qualities: Develop the personal attributes and skills requi
 red to lead groups with confidence and authenticity.\n• Creating a Suppo
 rtive Environment: Discover how to cultivate a space that promotes trust\,
  relaxation\, creativity\, and self-responsibility.\n• Guiding Group Pro
 cesses: Learn the art of leading open sharing and supporting each group me
 mber according to their unique needs.\n\n\nTraining Highlights:\n•Santos
 hi will base the training on her 25 years of personal experience holding g
 roups in Tantra\, Osho meditation and therapy\, inviting participants\nto 
 move behind their personal limitations.\n•The training is primarily expe
 riential\, with an emphasis on practical application. Participants will ha
 ve the opportunity to bring personal questions\nand challenges to the tabl
 e\, and some may even lead short group processes with supervision.\n•We 
 will explore real-life scenarios\, re-playing challenging situations to fi
 nd solutions and deepen our understanding of effective group leadership.\n

 presence to your group\, making the work more effective.\n•Dealing with 
 'Negativity' and 'Disturbances': Discover how to respond to challenges and
  maintain harmony in the group.\n•Stages of a Group Process: Learn how t
 o recognise and work through different stages in a group’s evolution.\n
 •Inclusive Leadership: Understand how to engage all participants and mak
 e everyone feel included.\n•Balancing Structure and Open Sharing: Explor
 e how to maintain the balance between group frameworks and spontaneous\, o
 pen conversations.\n•Creating Presence: Techniques to guide your group i
 nto a state of presence\, moving beyond personal distractions and concerns
